Ingredients

• 2 lbs wings split and tips discarded or saved for chicken stock

For the marinade

• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Juice from one lime
• 1 cloves of garlic grated

For the sauce

• 3 tbsp of honey
• 1 tbsp of Korean chili paste, I used sriracha
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp of sesame oil
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• Juice from one lime
• 1 cloves of garlic grated
