Ingredients
- 2 lbs wings split and tips discarded or saved for chicken stock
For the marinade
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice from one lime
- 1 cloves of garlic grated
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of Korean chili paste, I used sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Juice from one lime
- 1 cloves of garlic grated
