Ingredients
For the cupcakes::

- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (113 grams) all-purpose flour

For the frosting::

- 2 large egg whites
- Pinch salt
- 12 tablespoons (170 grams) unsalted butter, cut into 12 pieces and at room temperature
- 6 ounces (170 grams) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
